引渡時期 · Delivery: ご注文の確定から、アルミニウムは5日、チタンは8日で発送します（暦日で数え、発送日が日曜・祝日にあたる場合は翌日に発送します）。発送後、ヤマト運輸で1〜2日でお届けします。ご注文の確定は、クレジットカード・Apple Pay・PayPay ではご注文時、コンビニ払い・銀行振込ではお支払いの確認時、取締役の方がそれぞれ印面を承認するご注文では最後の方のご承認時、請求書払いでは当社がご注文を承諾した時点（印面のご承認がそろっていること）、ギフト券での引き換えでは受け取った方のご承認時です。ギフトカードは、お支払いの確認から2営業日以内に印刷し、日本郵便で発送します。リンクでお贈りするギフトは、お支払いの確認後にメールでお届けします。Aluminium ships 5 days, titanium 8 days after the order is confirmed (calendar days; a Sunday or public holiday moves dispatch to the next day), then 1–2 days with Yamato. Confirmed means: at checkout for card, Apple Pay and PayPay; on payment for konbini and bank transfer; at the last director’s approval for directors’ seals; on our acceptance (with every face approved) for invoice orders; at the recipient’s approval for a gift. Gift cards are printed and posted by Japan Post within two business days of payment; gift links are emailed once payment is confirmed.
申込みの有効期限 · How long an unpaid order stays open: コンビニ払い・銀行振込のご注文は、上記の期限までにお支払いがない場合、自動的に取り消されます。彫刻は行わず、代金も発生しません。A konbini or bank-transfer order not paid by that deadline is cancelled automatically: nothing is carved and nothing is owed.
返品・キャンセル · Returns and cancellation: 受注生産のため、お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。ご注文の確定から24時間、彫刻の順番に入るまでは、注文ページまたはお問い合わせフォームからキャンセルでき、代金は全額返金します。それ以降のキャンセルはお受けできません。Studio で作成したデザインはオーダーメイドのため、ご承認のとおりに彫刻し、保証の対象外です。印面の10年保証、および登録可と表示したデザインが役所で受理されなかった場合の無償の彫り直しは、保証ページのとおりです。Made to order: no returns or exchanges for a change of mind. You can cancel for a full refund, from your order page or through the contact form, until the seal enters the carving queue 24 hours after the order is confirmed. Studio designs are carved exactly as approved and carry no guarantee; the face and ward guarantees are on the Guarantee page.
不良品 · Damaged or defective seals: お届けした印章に破損や不具合があった場合、またはご承認いただいた印面と異なる場合は、到着から7日以内にお問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。確認のうえ、当社の負担で作り直すか、代金を返金します。If the seal arrives damaged, defective or different from the face you approved, tell us through the contact form within 7 days of arrival. Once we have checked, we remake it or refund it, at our cost.
値引き · Discounts: 定価販売です。セール、値引き、在庫処分は行いません。ご注文ごとに一点ずつ製作するためです。Fixed prices: no sales, discounts or clearance — every seal is made to order.
ギフト券 · Gift certificates: ギフト券の有効期限はご購入から12か月です。9か月目と11か月目に贈り主の方へご案内のメールをお送りします。期限までに引き換えられなかった場合は、ご連絡いただければ延長します。現金との引き換えはできません。カードの発送前、またはリンクが開かれる前であれば、ご購入をキャンセルし全額を返金します。金属はご購入時に決まり、お名前・デザイン・サイズは受け取った方が選びます。Valid 12 months from purchase; we remind the giver at 9 and 11 months, and extend it on request. Not exchangeable for cash. Refundable in full until the card is posted or the link is opened. The metal is set at purchase; the recipient chooses the name, design and size.
