The agreement you enter when you approve a design.
- THE CONTRACT
- Your order is accepted when you approve the design on the approval sheet and payment is confirmed. The approval sheet is the specification of what we make.
- PRICES
- All prices are shown tax included and are fixed. We do not run sales, discounts or clearance pricing.
- MADE TO ORDER
- Each seal is composed to your name and carved once. There are no returns or exchanges after it enters the queue, except under the Guarantee.
- GUARANTEE
- Ten years on the face; accepted at the ward or re-carved; photographed before dispatch. See Guarantee.
- LIABILITY
- Our liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it.
- LAW AND LANGUAGE
- Japanese law applies; the Tokyo District Court has jurisdiction. The Japanese text of these terms prevails; the English is a courtesy.
