When it ships, how it ships, and until when you can change your mind.
- CARVING TIME
- Carving starts when you approve the face. Aluminium ships in 5 days, titanium in 8. Company sets and orders of ten or more are quoted individually.
- WITHIN JAPAN
- Free. Yamato Transport, one to two days after dispatch. A delivery date can be chosen at checkout.
- OUTSIDE JAPAN
- Not yet. We ship within Japan only, for now. A gift link can be opened anywhere; the seal ships once there is an address in Japan to send it to.
- CANCELLATION
- You can cancel until the seal enters the queue, usually within 24 hours of approval. After that it is cut to your name and cannot be returned or exchanged. Seals are made to order; there are no returns for change of mind.
- DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- Photograph the parcel and the seal and email us within seven days. We replace it.
- GIFTS
- The card ships today. The credit is valid for twelve months; we email a reminder at nine months and again at eleven. If it is still unredeemed at twelve, tell us and we extend it.
